Understanding, preventing, acting: essential training for teaching self-defense with kindness and respect

Train differently, provide accurate support

Every year, KMWP organizes a training day dedicated to preventing violence against women.
Open to all teachers and practitioners (from blue belt level upwards) of the European Krav Maga Federation, this day brings together participants from all over France.

Supporting a woman who is a victim of violence cannot be improvised. Because you don’t treat a victim like a regular practitioner, because a gesture, a word, or simple physical contact can reawaken invisible wounds, because appropriate support requires a solid understanding of the legal, psychological, and associative issues involved, we have designed a specific training program that combines theory and practice.

A comprehensive program led by experts

Our training is led by experienced Krav Maga practitioners, accompanied by specialized instructors (lawyers, psychologists, educators).

The program covers:

  • The practical application of techniques specifically designed to keep these women safe.
  • The legal basis related to violence against women.
  • The psychological realities experienced by victims.
  • The pedagogical adaptations necessary in teaching self-defense.

A springboard for developing solidarity projects

The ultimate goal is clear: to enable each participant to carry out their own actions, within their club and region, to expand KMWP’s mission throughout France.
