A weekly meeting to rebuild yourself, led by Krav Maga practitioners

A safe space, supervised by trained and committed practitioners

In 2025, KMWP took a new step forward with the introduction of a weekly self-defense class, completely free of charge, designed and developed for women who have experienced violence. These sessions are led by volunteer Krav Maga practitioners who are specifically trained to welcome, listen to, and support women who are victims of violence. Beyond their technical expertise, they embody the values of empathy, solidarity, and respect that are so important to us.

Supported participants, a tailor-made program

The majority of participants are referred to this course by associations specializing in supporting women who are victims of violence, and come from Paris and its inner suburbs. We have designed a self-defense program tailored to the realities they have experienced. To do this, we analyzed police reports to identify the most common types of assaults.

Each week, participants discover and learn practical, simple, and effective techniques designed to restore their confidence, strength, and independence. The sessions are progressive and personalized to best meet their needs and experiences.
